Maryland Dept. of Information Technology, CATS I, Enterprise Service Provider (ESP)

Provided full-time onsite IT network systems personnel involved with installation and configuration of Windows-based server platforms, management of user accounts and backup recovery operations.

Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC)

Under prime and sub-contract agreements, supported various Commission business units including Development Services Division, Engineering and Environmental Capital Construction Division and Pipeline Design Division on a wide variety of projects throughout Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, Maryland. Project locations include:

• Bolling Air Force Base
• Parkway Branch Basin
• Paint Branch Basin
• Northwest Branch Basin

DC Water

Provided construction management services including inspections, QA/QC, document controls, and project reporting for the design-build Clean Rivers project. Major components include tunnels, access shafts, diversion facilities, and pumping stations constructed under the Federal Consent Decree to control combined overflows to the Potomac River, Anacostia River, and Rock Creek.

State and Local Governments

In both prime and sub-contract capacities, worked on multiple public infrastructure projects which included one or a combination of the following: engineering, modeling, specification and contract document preparation, field data collection, and construction management.

City of Baltimore, MD:
For the Dept. of Public Works: Consent Decree Program Management support for engineering and construction improvements of underground horizontal assets. For Dept. of General Services: development of asset management portals for building assets tracking and management.

Baltimore County, MD:
CCTV analyses and design for pipeline rehabilitation and Consent Decree Program Management support including maintenance and preparation of field data for GIS mapping.

City of Wilmington, DE:
CTF Projects involving design and construction management of over 50 roadway rehabilitation projects; data collection & GIS mapping of over 20,000 transportation assets including traffic signals.

Maryland – SHA:
Statewide program/project management and technical reviews for 20 congressionally funded transportation earmark projects.
